    Proper nutrition and regular moderate exercise are essential for the support of a healthy immune response to help your body fight infection. In many studies malnutrition, anorexia and obesity have all been linked to a weaker immune system as minerals and vitamins play important roles in your body’s metabolic pathways and immune cell functions. Research also suggests that regular moderate exercise – approximately 150 minutes per week – increases the circulation of immune cells throughout the body, thereby improving the body’s immune system.

    Simply put there is no substitute for fighting off seasonal infections like managing a proper diet and exercising 3-4 days per week!
