Custom Foot Orthotics Vaughan
Orthotics/Chiropody
Without proper support the foundation of your body can be compromised. If your feet are not in a good biomechanical position this can lead to injury and pain.
What is a Custom Orthotic?
Custom orthotics are designed to align the foot and ankle into the most natural and joint-friently position. They are designed to correct your specific foot imbalances. Custom orthotics work on your feet much like glasses work on your eyes – they reduce the stress and strain on your body by bringing your feet back to proper alignment.
When you wear a custom orthotic your body senses, responds and actually changes its reaction during standing and walking. If you have localized foot pain, bunions, hammer toes, arch and/or heel pain, leg/knee pain, hip or back pain, it might be time for you to get fitted for orthotics.
What if I don’t have any pain?
That’s great news! However, we all know as we get older, our bodies change and old habits die hard. Having a proactive approach to overall health and mobility starts with strong foundations.
Who fits the orthotic and treats foot pain?
